Daniel Pizzato is a Creative Director with experience spanning advertising, event design and creative production throughout Australasia, Europe and Africa.
In advertising, his work has been recognised at every major festival globally for both creativity and effectiveness, including the Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD and LIA. His 2014 GAYTM campaign for ANZ Bank was awarded the Grand Prix for Outdoor in Cannes and was named the ‘Best Direct campaign in the World for 2014’ by the Big Won and #1 Best of Print/Outdoor/Design for 2014 by creativity-online.com. He is currently a Creative Director at Leo Burnett, Melbourne.
Prior to advertising, Daniel worked as a senior member of creative production teams specialising in high-end fashion. He has managed the creative execution of over 150 runway shows and fashion events worldwide, working with brands such as Gucci, Alexander McQueen, Hussein Chalayan, KTZ and Gareth Pugh. He was also part of international teams assembled to produce and deliver events such as the inaugural Asia Pacific Design Triennial, the first major African Fashion Week, London Fashion Week (6 seasons) and Fashion for Relief (Haiti).
